Fulgor Milano Induction Range
I can't say enough good things about our Fulgor Milano induction range. Our whole family has been using it and we all agree it's such a HUGE upgrade from the gas range that we had. It has so many features, we do love the pizza mode and I also use the "warm" mode to proof bread because I bake bread a few times a week and it cuts the proofing time in half! You're not stuck at home with your dough for such a long time. And we can let our 9 year old scramble eggs for himself without worrying about toxic fumes or fire! It's so easy to clean and it's really beautiful and sleek looking. Basically, it has surpassed our expectations!
